HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT AND HAVE FUN! STEP BY STEP (Based on my own experience)
I did loose !7 Kilos in 3 months!I can Not Warranty that it will happen to you too ! But you have to give it a try! You have nothing to loose !
STEEP1 Cut Sugar Off, ( you could replace sugar for Sugarine you could find it at Coles Supermarkets)
STEP2 Cut Off White bread, and Pasta.
STEP 3 Add Legumes < Nuts Legumes (beans lentils and Dry peas)
Nuts ( only unsalted nuts ) Raw Oats
STEP4 Add Daily Vitamins and minerals to your Diet ( reliable brand of vitamins and minerals only)
(Vitamins A,B C, D, E, and Minerals Iron, Magnesium ) and Do Not Forget Calcium) Do not take all this at the same time!
STEP 5 Food Portions ( Only hand Full)
STEP 6 Weight your self (Only Once per Month)
STEP 7 Get ready for Dancing ! " This is the Main reason Why I Loose All That Weight"
Find A Club where they have Dancing Fridays and Saturdays And became a Member! It will cost you only $8 per year!
While you Dancing Do not Drink Alcohol! Because Alcohol is made of Sugar! Do Drink Ice Water with Slices of Oranges And Lemon That is all " FREE " at there! This is By Balicia

Why can't I still lose weight then??
Coz I can't stop eating and I'm way too lazy to exercise!
I just love love love to eat
Yes I know obviously some things don't taste right without stuff added to it .
Eat slowly (not too slow though) and chew the food not less than 30 times.
That's what I do..
I know I'm doing everything wrong.....
I also don't chew my food, wolfing everything down like those Chinese Hungry Ghost Festival!
smaller plate has been said to use smaller portions no seconds by the way.
I walk everyday for at the very least 3 miles no wieght loss, but i have many animal friends ---we talk to each other. does not go twoards wieght loss but good for the mental mind
to be seriouse i would love to loose that much good for you is all i can say
I strongly believe that the more muscle you have the higher your metabolism works to burn fats .
so weight training in short bursts of 4 sets of 8 reps on 1/3 of the maximum you can carry for 4 mins a day will burn more fats . but there's a basic foundation for this ... 3 very important basics
3 normal meals
workout
and sleep
and of possible 3/5 litres of water a day
