The Trucking Company Settled Out Of Court...Why?
Because It Would Cost The Trucking Company.... Way Too Much Money To Fight The Case
But At The Same Time...While Four Wheelers Are The Cause Of Most Truck/ Car Accidents?
Some Truck Drivers Are Not Innocent By No Means
Some Of These Drivers Shouldnt Even Be Behind The Wheel...But They Are

They Were Both Crushed And Killed.................(By The Way..A Cop On The Highway Saw It All...And Put It In His Report That It Was The Cars Fault
Until The Authorities... Had A Look At His Logs For That Day
And...At That Point Of Seeing The truck Drivers Logs?.......... It Then Became..... The Truck Drivers Fault
How Can This Be.... If It Wasnt His Fault?...................."The Cop Said it Wasnt His Fault!!"
Thats Right..It Wasnt The Truck Drivers Fault......Up To.... That Point ......In The Investigation
Upon Checking His Logs..(Showing How Long He Had Been Driving...And Where He Had Been
It Was Found That He Was Over His Hours Of Service...(A..14 Hr Shift/An..11 Hr Driving Day Within That 14)
So What It All Came Down.... To Was This
If The Truck Driver Had Followed The Rules... Of A 14 Hr Day/11 Hr Driving Day?...He Wouldnt Have Been On The Road.... At The Scene Of This Disaster...And Those Two People Would Still Be Alive
(Even Though... In Reality.... It Was Initially... The Cars Fault For The Accident?)
It Ended Up.... Being His Fault..... Because.... He Shouldnt Have Been On The Road
Meaning...If He Wouldnt Have Been Driving Over His Hours Of Service
His Truck Would Not Have Been There...And This Situation.... Would Never Have Happened
