Tho I wouldn`t mind checking out Belarus ,Russia, Ukraine ...
@Pat what do you like about your country please?
I love Malaysia but I'd gladly relocate to be where Art is and that is the USA.
Oh and Art doesn't mind spending a couple of months in Malaysia as long as he's not forced into eating them chicken feet, fish heads or sea cucumber!
Hope you're doing well, LS
Well from those three, I would choose Australia.
Why? Because I lived there for 7 years and I loved it! 6 years in Sydney, 1 year in Melbourne. But I travelled all over Australia with my job, so I know Pat's state well.......been all over Queensland.
Great lifestyle, attitude, climate and multicultural too. I used to work with a lovely Vietnamese young lady.....
Why not Canada or USA? Well the might be even better, but I've never visited Canada and only really passed through the USA.
But why just those three countries? Closer to Vietnam I guess.
Spain and anywhere around the Mediterranean is fantastic too.
South America and many more. Don't forget New Zealand either. You could meet Old Blue!
@Robby: i was thinking of Europe but my friends say there is much discrimination there so i just rest on these 3. But if accidentally i crush into a European guy maybe my way will deviate lol
But if I did have to, it would be Australia.
Canada would come 2nd as it's beautiful, with chilled people, but too cold in winter.
I live where I chose to live, I have travelled many places, and Ireland is still the most beautiful, friendliest and safest of all of them.
Spain would be my 2nd option as the weather is good there and I've lots of friends living there.
I have traveled many countries in Europe and SE Asia! Also have been to Canada and Mexico!
I wouldn't trade any of them for the USA for any other country!
Cultural differences range hugely. For example, I may move to Australia and struggle a bit with the language...yeah, it is English but their particular variety of English , but I would probably it in easily.
But somebody coming from a different culture, colour, language, societal values, etc., may have a much different experience
Canada may be considered if ever I will think of moving and because it's more quiet than those others mentioned.
Canada ....though not sure if I could cope with the weather extemes.
Pretty happy with where I am. Only downside, we're a bit far off the beaten track globally.
'Europe' is not an entity like Canada or the US is. It is made up of lots of different countries, cultures and languages, so it is impossible to lump it into one unit.
France is a very multicultural society and has great healthcare and benefits.
Spain has good healthcare but I am not sure how welcoming to non-natives it is as it has high unemployment
Ireland isn't as multicultural, but people are generally accepting and friendly to newcomers. There is a low unemployment rate (around 6% i believe) and jobs available to suitably qualified people. Housing is an issue here at the moment, as building stopped during the recession, and now is struggling to catch up with need. Another couple of years will probably sort that out though.
UK is in a transition at the moment, neither in nor out of the EU, so a bit of a mess
As to why Spain, just worked out that way. I was talking about it in my books before I ever visited, as it happens, or even had any intention of visiting. Things just came together. They could also fall apart. I go where the wind blows me, if it blows hard enough.
I have a scooby doo type plan to drive everyone else away
Non, you would definitely be the alpha-male there...new bloodline
Last, you are welcome
With a double-barrelled shotgun to keep out the great unwashed
The Great Unwashed are a real pain. I get that.
But a double barrel shotgun?
Seriously?!
Get yourself a pump action with an extended magazine
Better still, a detachable drum magazine after market upgrade
Remember, when one is dealing with the Great Unwashed there's no such thing as too much firepower, you betcha
PEACE - THROUGH SUPERIOR FIREPOWER
A duck bill shot spreader is a nice touch.
You'll neutralize several Great Unwashed with each round.
Efficient And economical, too
BTW -
You'll want to load up on that new Flite-Control Buckshot.
The stuff's a game changer.
Doubles your effective range At least!......
Can't beat it for keeping the Great Unwashed outside your defensive perimeter
