Try Your Best

Have you ever heard the name of "Helen Keller" . Helen Keller was an American author . When she was 19 months old , Helen Keller became a deaf and blind. Her deafness and blindness could not stop her . She was the first deaf and blind person Who had achieved the Bachelor of Arts degree. Helen Keller was able to succeed . Do you know how it was possible for her . Helen Keller was a hard worker. The greatest thing was she loved what was she doing . She loved her work . Helen Keller achieved the success through her Heart, Mind and Sprite.

Nelson Mandela has been imprisoned for 27 years by removing casteism from his country and bringing democracy back . He became president of South Africa when he was 76 years old . Nelson Mandela was able to over come because his mind and sprite , to bring back democracy to his country by removing racism .

Turn history . You will see all the monks were succeeding because of their hard work , due to respect for work ,and love for work .They give their mind and soul in the work to gain their success. They also failed but they learned from their failures. They did not give up .

The road to success is not easy . Make you goal bigger . If your goal is smaller then maybe your achievement will be smaller .But if you look bigger you achieve big success .

IF you are going use history as a platform change, at least get your facts straight. Helen Keller went deaf and blind 19 MONTHS, not years, probably from meningitis. She succeeded against the odds because her parents had the education and the wealth to realize the possible and make it happen. The movie, The Miracle Worker, both glamorized and simplified the story.
The road to success is more about being born at the right time in the right place to the right parents. Just a roll of the dice. Inspirational stories though are uplifting, aren't they. But without the right circumstances your hero.heroine ends up tilting at windmills.
Nice Blog ~ I get the message,
Regarding Helen Keller, yes an accident of birth, she was infact born in to a family where her mother was well educated [for that time] and her father too. When she became very ill with Meningitis at 19months, she got the best Doctor possible, but it is my information that she was blind ALL of her life.

She was known for her humanitarian writings and also critisised for plagarism
p.s. I agree with you about Nelson Mandela, so much of his life in prison, but regarding being Blind, and Deaf. I can see how being born to a very wealthy family and having all the support systems could help, in particular private tuition, which she received. It is nonetheless appalling to go blind and deaf so early and she managed to do many great things and write many books .thumbs up

Thanks for an uplifting blog.

Oh sorry . I wanted to answer about what you wrote . but ...actually its my mistake . thank you for your Inspirational Comment
I have read her story and i feel no matter circumstances, wealth, or education, some very special people have guts, courage that overcome most things.

Yes you are correct aim for the stars.

Your English is fine and and well done i say.

You will learn too SOME folk have no manners at all.peace
I wass referring to the point made by oldman about her having been wealthy. This did not stop her from making a life for herself when both blind and deaf. No amount of money, would make up for this disablity,

It would be terribly frightening, to live in the world both blind and Deaf.
I think your English is very very good.

Sometimes, when blogs are written the Blogger does not reply to those who comment.
So I thank you for your comments. Continue to blog as you are doing very very well with your English.

The very best of luck. i wish you success.bouquet

@skaligsm

OldGuy is technically correct, but not in the spirit of your blog. It does not matter who exactly it was, what the circumstances were, there are many examples of heroism in the face of incredible odds. What matters is that we remember that it can happen to anyone us and that we embrace and celebrate these very special people.

How about the blind poet Homer who gave the World some of its greatest literary treasures?

Sometimes we don't see the forest from the trees...

Great Post!!
