My Brother Died Yesterday

I'm not sure how to deal with it? Its so Sureal. We were never very close. its as if there was some kind of animosity or Jealousy he had towards me? It was always very unfortunate. Blood clot took him out at 60. I guess you never really know when its your time unless it terminal cancer? There was 7 of us, now there is 6..I hear death comes in 3s

It is very difficult to deal with a death of a sibling, whether you were close or not.

Just be kind to yourself, and allow yourself to go through all the emotions you will feel.
You will come out the other end

I don't know how to deal with death, it's forever, it leaves a big void inside us that we need to live with.
my uncle passed away months ago, he and my dad were very close, I'm still trying to cheer my dad up from time to time. Only in moments like this when we start to think deeply of life...it's so mysterious.

I remember the day I got the phone call, " your brother passed away ". Its been 10 years now, you don't ever get over it. Your lucky you have 5 still, I only had 1 Bro. I am sorry for your loss.... I hope it brings the rest of you closer together.

death is random and can come at any time, we will always be caught feeling we had left on the wrong terms and i wish the last thing we said was i love you, what matters is that you did and if there is anything after this life then he will know that, forget the petty hates we all feel at one time or another, they are all connected to this angry world, love is inside and eternal, please forget the silly superstitions that people want to govern your life with, death does not come in any number he comes when he wants, bless you and i am sorry for your loss, Ferdilan.

Sorry for your loss, L. Underscores the AA meeting wisdom of trying to make amends while one can. Gladly did so -well sort of, with our dad, whose issues hurt some, but who at his heart was not a bad person. His dad was not so nice---probably explains a lot. Aa.

I'm sorry for your loss . I lost one of mine about 3 and a half yrs ago and still makes me sad when thinking of him . it hasn't lessened with time . though they say it will .....but it's is surreal.... coz it's not something you can ever imagine happening ...until it does and disbelief sets in and leaves you feeling lost and bewildered .. not knowing what to say or how to feel .

Lost my youngest brother 4 weeks ago, and another sisterinlaw last week. We start from a family of 15 (10 boys / 5 girls) their are 4 left and life goes on. Kid brother died with a smile on his face doing exercise and had a heart attack Semper FI Marine

My condolences Love. My brother passed away in 2000 at 44. We were very closed. I never will get over it.
