I can only speak for myself if I have done wrong I do feel guilty, I just might get confused at times in what is right and wrong dunno
I ve always thought, people who do wrong, only think of themselves, and have no regards for others,so why feel quilty,???? Those people definitely have a scary outlook on life, doh
Mimi I truly do not know but there does seem to be a lot more of those people around. Maybe just maybe we have got soft on punishment, then kids grow up same as parents as they see no punishment given for crimes. dunno dunno
Perhaps people don't feel guilty because they don't think those things were wrong. Right and wrong change in different times and cultures and so does people's consciousness.
cutting someones head off is the same the world over
Simply, it is a defining personality trait of a psychopath.

Less and less people feel guilty about things they have done these days. Its becoming the norm.
They feel no remorse for what they do cause they somehow have the idea that rules don't apply to them.
Must be the habit, like i'm constantly doing right and feeling indifferent.
Hi Redex! Actually beheading was a legal form of punishment in Europe in the past and it is still allowed nowadays in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Quatar. You and I can think it's wrong, but not everyone in the world agrees.
Ann dipping witches in water used to happen but we all evolve , I do not think Mini question was fired at different cultures i think it was a general thing, so maybe the head cutting culture the bad thing would be to cut off feet. grin Well you know what i mean, cutting hands off in a culture, stoning people to death as punishment i do know about, but in each culture i think Mini meant, people just do not have bad thoughts about what they do or did.teddybear
that is another thing but why????, because they are not taught, maybe the brain develops different with all toxins in the air and food, I just wonder whyhug
no politician feels doing anything wrong.gift
miclee i think mimi meant against the laws of each land doh
Ann i did not say it was new i meant is was a different concept to the question hug
I forgot to mentioned religious leaderscool
Miclee i do not say i agree with my mind set and culture, some things are abhorent, to me in another culture, but i thought mimi question was why some folk did not feel guilty anymore, dunno
I forgot to mentioned by name Trump & Putinlaugh

ok, Bosa Novagift
that was just a thought of mine in an earleir comment -----is it because people do not get punished for bad deeds, therefore a generation grows without guiltdunno

I truly do not have the answer, it is probably multiple as it is worldwide spread.

Glad i am the age i am as i reckon things will get worse before better.
Miclee, you may be right, and the world is full of them. Sadly. moping
besides, guilty is another state of mind thinggift
Gosh, I'm getting depressed.
Looking on the bright side, there is still good in the world.
Perhaps one day things will be better.
Hope dies last.
Jared thumbs up

Some humans ain't human.

Some humans are animals.

and even animals are better than some humans.

Sad, but true.

Track, you're right.
I tried hard to understand why!
And, honestly, I wish I could do the same but I can not! sigh
It's a good think you can't do the same, Mimi.
You have a good soul. :-)
Because people lost their conscience
Narcassistic or psychopathic?

Maybe in their eyes they are not doing wrong?

Maybe your eyes are too critical as to what is right and wrong?

The couple of things that come to my mind when answering your question.

Nice...to see you back.

...some people does their very best, but alwayes feel guilty...

I'm more concerned about the insanity of doing the wrong thing over and over again, and feeling guilty about it. The worst exploiters I know spend more time in therapy than anyone else I know. Real sociopaths are in the minority, wannabe sociopath is a cultural norm.
