(When the King of Assyria removed the 10 Tribes of Israel. He did not place them all in the same locations. This is important because when the 10 Tribes left Assyria, not all of our people migrated out of Assyria.
Also During this time period is when the King of Assyria began to transport other Gentiles into North Israel that were not Israelites, and he placed them in Samaria. This is why you see people in Israel who call themselves Samaritan Jews. Jewish people are not the only ones who have stolen our identity. Here is proof.)
2 Kings 17:24(Kjv)
24 And the king of Assyria brought men from Babylon, and from Cuthah, and from Ava, and from Hamath, and from Sepharvaim,-AND PLACED THEM IN THE CITIES OF SAMARIA INSTEAD OF THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL- and they possessed Samaria, and dwelt in the cities thereof.
25 And so it was at the beginning of their dwelling there, that they feared not the Lord: -THEREFORE THE LORD SENT LIONS AMONG THEM, WHICH SLEW SOME OF THEM-
26 Wherefore they spake to the king of Assyria, saying, The nations which thou hast removed, and placed in the cities of Samaria, -KNOW NOT THE MANNER OF THE GOD OF THE LAND:- therefore he hath sent lions among them, and, behold, they slay them, because they know not the manner of the God of the land.
27 Then the king of Assyria commanded, saying, -CARRY THITHER ONE OF THE PRIESTS- whom ye brought from thence; and let them go and dwell there, -AND LET HIM TEACH THEM THE MANNER OF THE GOD OF THE LAND.-
28 Then one of the priests whom they had carried away from Samaria came and dwelt in Bethel,-AND TAUGHT THEM HOW THEY SHOULD FEAR THE LORD.-
(This is where the modern day Phoenician and Sumerian JewISH people come from. Which is why you may see some JewISH people in the land of Israel with melanin and some appear Caucasian having no melanin. The people who dwell in the land of Israel today are a mixture of different Gentile nations that were grafted into our culture and taught the laws during 722B.C. The JewISH Caucasian studied our culture and learned our customs during the 8th century.
As you have read in the previous scriptures, the 10 tribes of Israel had been dispersed throughout Assyria all the way to the borders of what is now known as China, West of the Caspian Sea. And eventually Mongolia, and Japan.
This is the part where historians lose track of what happened to the 10 lost tribes of Israel because they never stayed under the Assyrian captivity. They left the Assyrian captivity and Migrated to the Americas. But some stayed behind and migrated into China, Mongolia, Japan and settled there. Here is proof.)

39 And whereas thou sawest that he gathered another peaceable multitude unto him;
40 Those are the ten tribes, which were carried away prisoners out of their own land in the time of Osea the king, whom Salmanasar the king of Assyria led away captive, and he carried them over the waters, and so came they into another land.
(The King that was ruling over the Northern Kingdom of Israel at the time when they were carried away was King Hosea. But King Salmanasar was the Assyrian King that invaded North Israel approx 722B.C. and removed the Northern Kingdom across the Euphrates River into all parts of Assyria bordering Asia.)

41 But they took this counsel among themselves, that they would leave the multitude of the heathen-AND GO FORTH INTO A FURTHER COUNTRY, WHERE NEVER MANKIND DWELT-
