International Marriage Broker status
Once you have found a mate and wish to complete a US immigration K-1 visa application filing form I-129 it is necessary to establish the website "Connecting Singles" is not a a marriage broker. If your application does not provide the information below you will have to complete a Request for Information that can take months to resolve. I have written CS about this serious problem with no response. The precise question is:
To avoid an RFE (request for evidence) from the USCIS, you need to contact the website (CS) and request a written statement regarding International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA) and whether or not they comply with IMBRA? If CS is not an IMB, they should provide a statement explaining why they are exempt from IMBRA.
I am offering this question in the hope receiving the required information from CS or a fellow member and in the hope others that have been successful using CS site and wish to marry will be able to avoid delay in their K-1 visa application.
Thank you for your responses.

If you met the person in a bar in Seoul, would you have to get documentation from the bar stating it isn't a marriage bureau too?
I have found my sole mate on connecting singles.com. First of all I am so thankful to the site and then to you to facilitate the people to find their matches. Now my problem is that US consulate is not ready to give me the visa to come there to marry my partner and secondly she is not able to come here for she remain busy at her work, as she is a govt. employee. I wish to know is there any law, place or authority to provide a platform in such condition or not? If yes so let me know at my mail id asif.makhozai@gmail.com.
Seeking forward to read from you.
Thanking You.
