You're showered, fresh and clean, then you put on comfortable nightwear and feel the relief of lying down on that beautiful bed
You rest your head on gorgeous pillows, stretch and relax your body then close your eyes and breathe deeply, counting your inhales and outhales ....
Next thing you know, you awake the next morning, refreshed and invigorated
I think it's something like 4.30am where you are Track, I suggest you try to adjust your schedule and go to bed when your mind and body are most likely to cooperate
