Yet the bottom 50% (that's fifty percent, folks) only average dollars a year
The average income of the richest 10% of the population is about nine times that of the poorest 10%
That is gross inequality, and it is growing each year.
I am part of that squeezed middle which actually pays the majority of the taxes, so am directly affected in some ways. but not affected in other ways.
But inequality does not work for society as a whole.
Secondly it's people your age who created the debt, instigated the situation above and avoided paying their fair share of tax. Every third dollar earned by your children and grandchildren has already been spent by you.
