It does even the small bits that sometimes enter my life when I am not on my guard. Don't think you can ever get rid of it but that is no reason to give in to it. If you keep on pulling the weeds it can never take over your garden. It is a never ending battle but worth it so pull that weeds before they scatter their seeds.

Depression is a life long thing. Here in Canada, the winter months make it worst as we get very little sunshine and vitamin D. I always hit a low point about this time of year, usually it will start to get better again when the cold breaks and the days lengthen up.
