Hi Flyme,
As long as you and us understand what being "Bipolar" means, everything is gonna be ok. I applaud your courage to mention it.
We all have same rights, we both deserve same respect and opportunities.
Hope you have a good time here and see you around,
Enjoy the sun grin

Thankyou for your comments.

I,m sure there are people on this sitewho know what i,m talking about.
Let give you some insight of how i,ve coped and a theory I have.
I do this in the hope that it may help some of who may not realise you have this and may lead to some more comments.
First I am colour blind .now in the winter in England there is little sunshine and the days are short and as there is no sun I do,nt see colurs.
In portugal there is plenty of sun in the winter and the days are long and I see colours.

SO HERE,S THE THEORY.

Because i,m colour blind and the cones in my eyes can,t see reds or shades of.
, I can see colours here in portugal because the sun contains a shade of red i.e yellow and enables me to see colours.

Now this has a tremedous effect on my moods in as much as I don,t get black moods here as do in english winters.it,s called s.a.d .

It can't be easy to manage bipolar disorder. Are you on any medications for it? As someone who also has mental health issues, I do understand.
Wow

Achromatopsia
Bi polar
And dyslexia

And why is dyslexia so hard to spell

Hi Fly,

Hope you are feeling better!

S.A.D. is Seasonal Affective Disorder. Lack of sunshine is the biggest culprit! Lots of people get this around the Christmas holidays and the new year! I was diagnosed with it many years ago.

The way I combat it is to get lots of sunshine in the winter months!thumbs up
Thanks again for your comments.
