Invisible Warfare! does it exist?

What is invisible warfare? does it exist in Ireland? lets see, all the shopping complex's and the shops are English, lets say 80% I know it's more, but we'll leave it at that, and lets say 80% of the money been spent on food goes to Germany! (Lidl Aldi) and all the money for clothes, all the petrol stations B&Q woodies and all the stores in Dublin Airport are English, most of the hotels are owned by foreign companies, and lets not forget the insurance companies. So from all that, and there's more, but from that, how much money is been took out of Ireland every single year! how is the country supposed to recover? if they take so much. Would you class this as invisible warfare? You know they say Ireland is a Republic, but the more I look around, it doesn't feel like it is. Don't take my word for it, look around see for yourself.

Good questions....keep them coming and perhaps the big picture will become more clearer. thumbs up
For it to be a war there have to be plans for what to do with the remnants of the country. If Ireland is the target, is the goal to capture the potato fields and flocks of sheep, or is perhaps the goal to capture the Leprechaun's pot of gold? Since Ireland is not known for it's export of precious metals, maybe the war is about the Irish whiskey threatening sales of Russian vodka? Whatever the end goal, this 'War' seems to be markedly inefficient as there is still an Ireland (two actually).
Yes, we sell ourselves out constantly.

We are still of the belief that foreign companies are better than Irish ones, no matter what we pretend.

But then, Ireland is too small a country to have a vigorous indigenous industry to cover all of our needs.

What we did have, and gave away, was invaluable fishing rights. This was the biggest mistake ever made in Irish political/financial history.
Knowledgeantruth ~ I know how you feel. Restaurants are mostly Italian, Indian, Chinese, French Cuisine.
The Large Supermarkets/Alid, Lidl, Tesco, buy a lot of food from farmers here in Ireland, also Cheese, and other produce from small co-ops, Jams, preserves. ~ There is also a lot of Employment given to Irish people as well.
I agree totally with regard to the giving away of our Fishing Rights, an absolute disaster,
I also believe our Neutrality came in to question when we allowed U.S. planes to re-fuel on their way to Iraq etc.,
Come to think of it, Covid19 is involved in an invisible war with man.
Yes, and Australia (for one) would like to know the True Origins (and Genesis) of this Disease....
But I'll have to leave it there (for now), (no covid blogs allowed, apparently)....professor
