Troubles With Iran?

Is The Timing Of Certain Current Events Purely Coincidental - specifically...

1) Israeli F-35s overflew locations in Syria & Iran undetected, including the site of Iran's alleged nuclear goings on.

2) Netanyahu spoke about Iran's alleged nuclear aspirations - (Casus Belli  )

3) The U.S. backed out of the Iran nuke deal & announces strict sanctions.

4) Iranian missiles were allegedly launched into Israel from Syria.

5) Israel launched the largest air strike in Syria since the '73 war.

6) Israel will celebrate its 70th anniversary of becoming a nation on Monday.

7) And the U.S. will open it's embassy in Jerusalem.

8) Ramadan (and presumably the attendant annual spike in terrorist attacks) begins on Wednesday.

...or is it just me? dunno
Does anyone else see any potential problems here?

Oh no...its definitely all related for sure...but I guess you cant just do nothing because it might cause problems with your enemies...that's no way to live and you can only deal with the fall out as it comes....beer
"The truth is that these countries and the people in them have been doing this sort of thing for thousands of years. There has never been peace in the Middle East and I do not think that there ever will be. It's just business as usual."

You may be even more correct than you think, groucho. sigh

This is a very brief (3 1/2 minute) history of the region...

And emarkably well done, IMO.

"Oh no...its definitely all related for sure...but I guess you cant just do nothing because it might cause problems with your enemies...that's no way to live and you can only deal with the fall out as it comes...."

The dots certainly line up, M4.
That doesn't mean they connect, but I strongly suspect they do.
We'll know for certain - one way or the other - VERY shortly.

I'll put a imeframe to it -
Absolutely by the end of Summer.
Probably by mid Summer.
Possibly by the end of Ramadan - a month from now (June 14).

Just noticed -
That's also Flag Day in the U.S. It's a minor holiday that falls between between the patriotic high holidays of Memorial Day (May 28) and Independence Day (July 4).
It'd be relatively easy to rouse patriotic fervor.

I unquestioningly trust nothing we hear from any(!) of 'em.
Nothing.

Ash,

Thanks! We are excited and prepared for Ramadan here...could be tomorrow angel

Mic,

difficulties looming....I'm here in the Middle East, still feeling safe here so not that worried.

Funny how people from the other side of the world seem to be paranoid in what's going on here in the Middle East...some pray for our safety...that's very appreciated but many seem to be blinded to what;s happening all over the world...children and people dying everyday from killings, hunger, diseases...whom government and those who are in the position to help are turning a blind eye and deaf ears on like they don't matter. Middle East and terrorism are all over the media scaring people and turning people and religion against each other...but the real problem is the everyday life when/where poor and ordinary people need help but not getting any attentionsigh
"Middle East and terrorism are all over the media scaring people and turning people and religion against each other..."
That's the point of this blog, CH.
You've restated it and said it well.

I liked that history of the region video.thumbs up This song never seems to go out of style.

miclee ~ Agree, a litany of troubles, conflict, contempt, and others poking their nose in for gain.
It is such an intricate [can't find another word] problem. Even those who have studied Middle Eastern
politics have problems understanding the complexities.

Seeing a photo of Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner at the opening of the American Embassy in Jerusalem , all smiles and glamorous whilst only 70kms away, a bloodbath was taking place in Gaza with children and women being blasted with Teargass, rubber covered pellets. Horrendous, but not no surprises here, a Red rag to a bull as they say.

Crazy ~ Happy Ramadan, hard to do, I expect you eat Dates like the many muslims that fast here until sunset. sad flower Be safe.
I've liked it since it came out, wag.

Incredible how current it is now.
As you say - never goes out of style.

Even some of the vintage footage in the vid feels eerily current.

Great share! cheers

Horrendous, but not no surprises here, a Red rag to a bull as they say."

I should think that was why(!) it was both done & publicized gg.

Waving a red flag as a of false flag, one might say.

What gg & Patti said, CH.

miclee ~ not meaning to be a pessimist but I can see more trouble down the track. It was a senseless thing to move that Embassy. [which is not the title of your blog so I am digressing] but, it is a tactic, a well thought out one... it will incite anger, fear, an embassy in Jerusalem.

It's like you having tinnitus and me getting a dog and leaving it out in the back to bark all day ! a deliberate act of igniting an already tense and ready to explose scenario.

A good blog Miclee.

thumbs up
Mic,

so many political problems all over the world, it's so down heartening...wasting all those money and energy on senseless things , they could be used to eliminate hunger all over the worldsigh

Middle East will always be the Middle East, land of war and chaos but people here are still living their life and will continue to do so for hundreds of years to come so I don't worry much about Middle East.
Miclee,I actually mentioned I expected him to maneuver this with the hope that they will not deal with their own issues.
We are strategically planning for a stranger support base.I see nothing to scrutinize about his family. His birthday is in June.Expect that parade too.laugh
Sorry correction: hope THEY DEAL WITH THEIR HISTORICAL ISSUES. and let the rest of the world visit in peace.

Not only has UNRWA not helped to resolve the Palestinian refugee problem, it has amplified the problem. UNRWA was initially envisaged as a short-lived agency, but its mandate was perpetuated by declaring Palestinian “refugee” status hereditary, allowing its application to descendants of the original refugees.
I was unable to connect to your link, con sigh
But I believe I'm aware of what you'rereferring to.
If any of y'all are also having trouble with con's link, try this...

Note the source of the vid. Bear in mind it was made for promoting a point of view.
Nonetheless, it lays out basic facts regarding the plight of the Palestinians.
And it begs the questions (among others)...
Who's responsible for the plight of the Palestinians?
For what reasons?
Who's been using them as political propaganda pawns for the past 70 years...and continues to do so?

Con - If I'm mistaken in thinking this was the point of your link, feel free to correct me.

I refer again to Crazy's earlier comment -
"Middle East and terrorism are all over the media scaring people and turning people and religion against each other..."

Crazy, I'm fairly certain you have NO idea of all of what's being put out by Western/U.S. media.
I'm amazed at how the rhetoric has been amped up just since this blog was first posted.

What's put out in so-called mainstream media is rather subtle.
The U.S. has what's referred to as 'AM Talk Radio' (search it).
Some of what I've heard there is much more heated - over the top...IMO.

cowboy
You might be able to hear what I'm referring to, Crazy.

Some of the AM Talk Radio programs are streamed on the 'net.
