Also by going after the people who are selling guns illegally.
Afew weeks back there was a day for turning in ,to authorities unwanted firearms. The firearms turned in was unreal,
Since the mid 90s, when our stricter gun laws came out, and less firearms available ,our societies outlook on guns has changed.
But I would think the rate for the UK as a whole is significantly lower than the USA as a whole.
Packing large numbers of people into small areas (U.S. or U.K.) may well increase the incidence of anti-social behavior.
If some persons in such environments identify themselves with a certain demographic, and perceive persons of other demographics as 'enemies' - that must be considered as a contributing factor.
point is, the youngsters needs to learn respeckt for guns and respeckt for people and lives in general, or
there wount be any changes...
That officer had his own office in one of the empty rooms and the students became use to seeing him everyday and would run up to him and give him hugs .Plus they called him Officer Steve.
But it'd run afoul of 'due process' (Amendment V) as well as 'cruel & unusual punishment' (Amendment VIII) of the Constitution.

Also the Bus Driver's should be Packing as well, to Protect the Kid's on the Bus...

2)Metal Detector's at Said entrances... Everyone Use's.. No Employee Entrance's.... with a Trained Operator, viewing content's brought into the school... This would catch More then Just Gun's...
3)Guard's to Roam the Ground's and Hallways, (1-?? As Needed, for the Size of the School) Looking for unusual Packages and Trouble Brewing...Etc...
4)Make it Allowed That Teachers can Pack as well, If they Choose, Keeping up on, Certification's to Carry, like the Police have to do...every year...
5)For the Classroom's... A Student invented a Great Devise, that make's it Impossible to Open the Door...
Just a Brilliant Design... Lock's the Door to the Frame... and Steel Door's won't Flex... Sooo it can only be opened from the Inside...

The loophole is, that only six states (California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon and Rhode Island) require universal background checks on all firearm sales at gun shows, including sales by unlicensed dealers.
Three more states (Connecticut, Maryland and Pennsylvania) require background checks on all handgun sales made at gun shows.
Instead, assign a police officer to guard the entrance.
we tend to blame others for our mistakes all the times.. if we dont have bad kids we dont have crimes..
we must teach our kids values and attitudes , wrong and right, am not saying it will always work but at least if a child grows up to a good teaching then i think we will have less troubled kids in the world who will become men eventually.. first we begin to teach them how to love and not hate ..
look at it this way.. if they dont use guns to kill they will find something else..knives , sticks , stones, there are so many different objects other than Guns that can be used to take a life ..and the home is where it all begins ..
