CS folks who use this wonderful.....

free and well crafted site to arrange free travel. These folks will often have a touch of sociopathy, and as such will rationalize so abusing others, if they even ever think about it at all. Fortunately, these types are easy to weed out. Have any of you you (like A) identified one? Aa-V.

Yes, MB. Visitors from away here have all been of sufficiect financial standing, and self esteem, to have offered to pay their way. Of course, if real hardship is sensed, the decent person helps out. Same with amenities once in country, no? But the slugs almost always vet themselves out over time and a little chatting, No?

I have said if someone wants to meet me they either travel here to show their courage or pay for my trip to meet them. If I must go through the discomfort of the flight, maybe I should demand first class or business class. laugh

Just friends I've met while travelling have also visited, and sometimes with siblings (typically sisters). I've done likewise. So different from what one often expects. V-Aa.

V, If the person can't afford to travel to visit you, then you do the travelling.

Anyway, if they can't afford one flight, they won't be able to afford to move, if it ever came to that.

But Av, if you start by believing someone "wants" something from you, like a green card for instance. That relationship is doomed to failure. There are many very nice, productive countries to live around the world. With less guns and better health care. very happy Okay that was a joke but if I had school going children I'd be mighty concerned and probably wouldn't risk it.

Vierk ~i would pay somebody to come and stay in my cottage and do some badly needed DIY jobs and painting and do the gardening, plant some trees. Any offers [fine weather can not be assured so must be able to work in rain, much, wind and the likes ].
No Extras.
