Obama's excellent tribute to Nelson Mandela today in Johannesburg, South Africa
As with my other blogs, this is not for everyone, certainly not those with short attention spans,
negative attitudes, nor of low IQ.
This will best be enjoyed, by those who want to learn and enjoy positivity
to inspire progress and change for the better.
Here is the full speech given by Obama today on the 16th Anniversary of
Nelson Mandela Day.

Considering the inane resistance he got in Congress, as well as inheriting the economic crisis,
he accomplished a lot.
In my opinion ACA was the best thing done for the average American since Civil Rights.
Truly a man of class, warmth, and compassion.
He officially currently holds the place of the 8th best president in the history of the US,
just below Eisenhower and above Reagan.
The criteria are subjective; the results cannot be objective - or 'official'.
And it is much to soon to give Barry any rating.
"Abraham Lincoln, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and George Washington are most often listed as the three highest-rated Presidents among historians. The remaining places within the Top 10 are often rounded out by Theodore Roosevelt, Thomas Jefferson, Woodrow Wilson, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Andrew Jackson, and John F. Kennedy. More recent Presidents such as Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton are often rated among the greatest in public opinion polls, but do not always rank as highly among presidential scholars and historians."

There's at least one of the above 'Top Ten' I would (subjectively) throw out and add to the bottom of the list.
And I might (subjectively) bump one of the Top Three down a notch or two.
While it's too soon to rank Barry, I wouldn't be surprised if he did at some point make the Top Ten - maybe higher than #8.
And for the reasons you cite - especially dealing very competently with an economic catastrophe that began on the eve of his election.
But that's just my (subjective) opinion.
If any of y'all don't like it - make up your own list.
It'll be every bit as 'official' as mine - or anyone else's.
It is not based on one man's opinion.
Instead, it is an actual summary scoring of the most valued presidential attributes by the top 170 presidential historians in the USA of ALL the US presidents.
Unlike you and me, these are the most qualified experts on the subject.
You can see how all 45 are ranked and the individual scoring for each criteria.
Yes, every 4 years either a new president is elected, or a returning one has dug a deeper hole or added more to his legacy. Also, more is learned about the effects of decisions made as time progresses.
