Rose Apple trees and cats.

Noting someone else has a problem with cats watching her Rose Apple tree I can only comment the problem is the tree. Such trees are notorious for attracting cats from 40 or 50 miles away. The only way to stop cats, whether calico or not from forever coming to the tree is to silence the tree (you can't hear it, but the cats do) by cutting it down. Once it is gone within a few months cats will probably stop coming to the site. If they don't, then that means you did not kill the tree roots, so you must also then dig them out.

There are many trees in front of my home, yet cats still don't come. crying
Oh that is because the woman in question has a Rose Apple tree. If you had one, maybe they would. Indeed she could send you her tree and who knows, both problems may be solved at the same time.

So the cats will never come to the site again? No wait you said "PROBABLY".
So are you saying that the person would have to risk of losing these Rose Apples

Those are all good questions, but since we seem to have someone with such a tree who also handles the fruit, maybe if Customs allows it, she can mail the seeds to whoever wants to try growing one. wink

I hardly slept last night because of the couple of cats making love all night long just in front of my window! blues
Maybe Mr Ken. It's not the trees at all ? I'm a firm believer in the cat picks the person or place it wants to be. head banger cheering
