In your journey down the hall

In your journey down the hall,
Please wish me softly a goodnight call,
And as you close the bedroom door,
Gently, please, don't make it roar.

For as my eyelids slowly close,
I feel myself drift to repose,
And I begin to dream once more,
Of children's laughter I adore.

I miss them dearly as they played,
Their happiness, it never strayed,
They made me smile, they made me see,
The joy that comes from being free.

I loved to care for them each day,
To cherish them in every way,
To watch them grow, it was a sight,
But now they're angels in the night.

Among the stars they softly roam,
Guiding me through life's unknown,
Even through the darkest night,
They're angels now, among the light.

And I hope dearly, for someday,
We'll meet again, in some small way,
And then no one will say goodbye,
For none of us will ever fly

i wish

I only wish, we had more time
I wish that you, wold still by mine
I wish for things to just be fine
I didn't want, to cross the line

I didn't know what love can be
Untill my life turned in to we
Before all this, was only me
I wish i had your eyes to see

Exactly what you saw in me
That made you, change, us, in to we
My life is better, when youre with me
It's better then, it used to be

Old Time Superstitions & Charms

One time, superstitions were a daily part of life. Everyone believed in ghosts and other superstitious stuff. Generally not so much today because of our lifestyle and electronics. That don't mean however that the old timers were totally wrong. There is more to things than we can explain and just because we can't explain it, it doesn't mean its not there.

I had a great uncle who could stop blood. True, no bullshit, he really could stop a person from bleeding just by focusing on the cut and saying something to himself, the bleeding would stop no matter how bad the cut was. He never did tell anyone how to do it (I think it was part of a stipulation for learning it originally). There have been many cases where people went to him with a bad cut and he stopped the bleeding. Well known around the area.

My hands used to be covered in warts when I was young. I grew up in the very tail end of the old ways and a few of those superstitions were still around. One I used to hear was to count your warts, put that many rocks in a bag, stand back on to the woods, toss the bag behind your shoulder, don't look back, and in that many days, your warts will be gone. I done it one day, counted the warts, put the rocks in the bag, tossed them in the woods standing back on and walked away not looking back. I never kept track of the days or anything as I just got back to my normal routine and had forgotten I done it. In a week or so time, I had something in my hand and I had to look twice, my hands were wart free, and not only that, I never had a wart come back again since.

I had a classmate who grew up in a haunted house. Been lots of witnesses to wild shit happening in that house. It was eventually torn down as you couldn't live any kind of a normal life in the house, crazy paranormal activity.

Friend of mine lived in a haunted place in her younger years, she used to see a shadow man wearing a hat among other things. Her family had to get out of it and into a new house.

I would never actively pursue any kind of paranormal activity as you could open the door for more than you bargained for but always had a passing interest. When one person tells you about a sighting, its easy to dismiss it but when 10 people tell you about the same sighting, there may be more to it.

Is the real truth being hidden?

I have been watching these dating blogs where they have many women on them that are interviewed about their dating preferences...for years now. Meaning, I have watched a lot of them.

With this experience, a person can get a big picture view of women's preferences with dating. I am not talking just watch 20 of them to establish an overall "big-picture" view....I am talking watching maybe 1000+...with each blog watched containing multiple women. With all fairness, a lot of these blogs did contain younger ladies. I am trying to put things in total perspective here.

While watching these, it is established that the top 10% of men are doing the majority of the "dating" or getting "bedroom action." This is important to understand.

When the women are asked, what traits are they attracted to....99 out of 100...they say his height, his physical attractiveness, his income, his personality.

But...I am baffled....hardly anyone of these ladies mention anything about a guy's pen*s size.

Until recently, a wise viewer made a large enough donation to one of these dating blogs that allowed his question to be asked. His question to the ladies went something like this....would you date a short guy, with making below average income, with a bad attitude with a 10" pen*s. Or, would you date a tall guy, making a lot of money, with a great personality but he has a small pen*s. The majority of the women said they would date the guy with the 10" pen*s.

Finally, the reality of what women are attracted to...exposed.

The average pen*s size is 5"...that means 50% of men are at that size and less, while the other 50% are larger. Think about this for a second....if the top 10% of men are dating the majority of the women, would that 10% of men also include have the top 10% pen*s size too?

It is amazing to me that a lot of these shows do not included pen*s size in their conversations.

Why is that? It is clearly obvious that women care about pen*s size....a lot.

Are the majority of men who watching these dating blogs being deceived? Meaning, the majority of the watchers really have a more difficult time getting a woman than they are lead to believe by watching these blogs? Meaning, the majority of the men do not have a large pen*s...and that is something watching these dating blogs cannot fix. In other words, are these dating blogs lying to men...giving them false hope? You can grow to 6'3", have six pack abs, get a six figure income, etc...(like they dating blogs advise men to do)....but in reality, unless you are packing a horse d*ng...have fun finding a woman who wants to stick with you for the long haul.

Aye, the Kraken...

I've been in and out of the model helicopter hobby a few times in nearly 50 years, overcoming a divorce, the loss of both parents, two serious car accidents and multiple job changes. I started back around 6 years ago, it was with some very small and inexpensive models that could only help me practice at a slow pace. I've since upgraded to larger models that are more powerful and fly with more authority. The only drawback is the cost... several thousand per model. It's a fact that no serious pilot can get by with only one radio controlled helicopter.

It's not possible for me to dedicate myself to the sport like I want... there are other obligations. 30 years ago, I recall levels of obsession where I would come home from work and practice on a computer simulator for 2 hours, break for dinner and get back to another 2 or 3 hours of practice.
It didn't matter how good I got, as going to competition or fun-fly events I could always find guys who were better pilots... much better. There was a guy who invented an electronic device, patented it and sold the product to a car manufacturer. His company was self sufficient to the point where he didn't have to work and would come to Florida every winter to practice flying at a local field for several hours each day.
Being exposed to that level of talent was incentive to continue improving and never reaching a plateau.

Most of us are flying 'pod & boom' style helicopters at have a fiberglass canopy to cover the motor and electronics with a long tail boom and a few fins. They aren't attractive, but fly great. There is a visual drawback, so we often wrap them in brightly colored sticky tape so they can be seen better when far away.

Often these models have names that reflect the size of the blades, like Logo 700 or RAW 580. 700 indicates the main blade length is 700 millimeters. Others have cool names like Dominator or Whiplash. There is one model that has a full fuselage to look like a real helicopter. Lots of guys have them but not too many are out flying them. Mentioned on a previous blog, a friend buys and sells models and recently picked up some used helicopters in a package deal that he plans to maintain and resell. One was a model called Kraken, named after the legendary sea monster.

I've seen them fly. They are very attractive and easy to see in the air. So, I made my friend an offer to trade one of my pod & boom models plus some cash for his Kraken.
He accepted the offer. Part of the deal was to go through the electronics and make sure all was good. He rewired a few connections because the guy who built it originally wasn't meticulous.

After initial testing, my friend flew it, made a few tweaks in the settings and handed it to me to try. Yes, smooth and predictable.

I've only got 2 sets of batteries that fit this model and this week, I'll order 2 more!

Another choice of mine for potus, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Issues Dire Warning Over CBDC Adoption

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. warned that central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) pave the way for an authoritarian government in America similar to Europe and the Chinese communist regime.

“I’m against central bank digital currencies because that is part of the path to getting us where China is today. That’s where they started, that’s where all these other countries started with central bank digital currency, and it’s the end of freedom. We will be slaves if we allow that to happen,” Mr. Kennedy said during a March 22 event. He pointed to the Canadian trucker’s protests to explain why CBDCs were dangerous for freedoms. The Canadian government portrayed the truckers “as right-wing, fascist, and racist” when they were not, he said.

“The government used facial recognition systems and other intrusive technologies to identify the participants, all the truckers. They got their license plates, etc. And then they froze their bank accounts. So they couldn’t get diesel for their trucks, they couldn’t buy food for their kids, they couldn’t pay for their education, they couldn’t pay their mortgages.”

“As your president, I will never allow the creation of a central bank digital currency. Such a currency would give the federal government absolute control of your money,” he said. “This would be a dangerous threat to freedom and I will stop it from coming to America.”

In a July 2023 video, Brexit leader Nigel Farage highlighted the dangers of government control over currencies. “The ultimate fear is if we get CBDCs, we could finish up like the Canadian truckers, people who were within the law, found themselves outside the law and had their bank accounts frozen. Controlling people’s money would be the ultimate form of tyranny.”

Several key international figures admitted that CBDCs will allow for greater control over people’s finances.

During a seminar back in 2020, Agustin Carstens, general manager of the Bank for International Settlements, pointed out that “we don’t know who’s using a $100 bill today, and we don’t know who’s using a 1,000-peso bill today.”

The key difference with the CBDC is “the central bank will have absolute control on the rules and regulations that will determine the use of that expression of central bank liability, and also we will have the technology to enforce that,” he explained.

No more cbdc or wokeness for a healthier planet. Praise God.
