This book honestly concretely changed how I look at the world, I already had a sense of what it taught me but it solidified that beyond anything I could have prepared for walking into it. It is not a novel, rather more of a documentary in book form covering studies done back in the 70's with plants begging the question throughout; do plants have a consciousness?... that being said the implications therein are profound to say the least. I first learned of this book via stumbling upon an extremely rare documentary by the same name which cannot be bought, streamed, rented, or found anywhere other than vague mention in sporadic places across the net. Except yt of course, but merely one copy, fleeting as it's existence may become who can say?.. From there my research guided me to the book which makes the doc look like childsplay by comparison, aside from being able to witness what is otherwise only discussed. I digress.. Anyone who enjoys spending time in nature, looking at, enjoying it.. would appreciate what is documented scrawled upon these marvelous pages. ^~^
A one of a kind account, I wouldn't know where to begin to try and compare it honestly.
