This is one of Austen's most romantic book. It's the only one where the hero writes out what he feels for the heroine. You may say this int true because in Pride and Prejudice Darcy writes to Elizabeth, but in his letter he's explaining his actions toward her sister and Wickham. Where as in Persuasion, Wentworth puts his heart on the line telling her that he's never fallen out of love with her. It's about third on my favorites of Austen's, but I still love it.
