As student of public administrator ,i descover this book in my cousin place.this book happen to be my favourity why?it focus on who is a leader?leaders are born or made,attributes of leaders especially the law of influences.this is meant for everybody so to be effective leader.Above all, in this book it showns that everybody is a leader.
