trish123: I want to do a poll of which is the worst service provider but I can only think of two or three so please can anyone help me to get a list together?
I hadve just spent the third of a series of 24hrs offline through no fault of my own and Im not a happy bunny

i think orange do a broadband too but im not sure
thats all that comes to mind right now, ive been with aol bt tiscalli and im now with sky i thought aol involved too much handholding bt was just bloody awfull in every way thinkable, tiscalli was dodgy for connection for me and ive never had a problem yet with sky broadband i think its brilliant.

Its Orange Im having probs with and am going to be asking for a refund on Monday - they screwed up the direct debit yet again and charged me for their screw up
well, i have a mobile phone contract with orange and i dont have a single ood word to say about them so if theyre net is half as bad as theyre mobile servie, i'm not suprised

I am with Karoo but its only for the Hull area The service often goes slow.
Just so you know... You will have lots of problems with Orange, they bought Wanadoo and you all know about the problems with Wanadoo!

I didnt have any probs when they were Wanadoo luckily but have more than made up for it since they were orange.....

I pay 30 quid a month, broadband, loads of free TV channels and I can phone 60 countries 24/7-365 for zero..as long as its a fixed line..
And I havent had a problem for 2 yrs..

I went on the home max package with orange more than a yr ago as they were promising a tv service in the next few months, it never happened........

This is doing my bloody head in Gra, the phone was connected all the time the internet was off so I went to make some calls this morning and now the bloody phone is off and the worst of it all is that the money was in the bank all along and it isnt my fault - is there a screamin banshee emoticon
