It dont think it can be gender specific I do know some men that are worse gossips than women and I know women who wouldnt tell you what they had for breakfast I think it just depends on the person.

I agree. I think it has more to do with how much a man or woman actually trusts their partner, and/or how insecure they are about themselves.
