Perception...which is all our bodies/minds are capable of, is a choice, not fact.......That is why 10 witnesses give 10 different accounts for the same incident.....
Our minds have a lot of capacity...would bre interesting to know what they are doing.....they are in her mind for sure.....not weird......some level of conciousness (of hers) is vying for her attention....

yes I do, and contacted by and to them.

have been tested for all things such illness... clean slate for what I do and feel...

captured voices of recordings in time, in rock, wood... nature... is proof of a sort.

explainable always, no... but done from a sceintific point of view... excluding outside influences...

anyway... wether one believes or not, is not my problem...

Last night was another sleepless night for me...since its so quiet I can hear things I never heard before...I swore I heard voices coming from the living room at 2am, but it was like whispering, so I couldn't tell if it was anything coherenit. Maybe I'm going in and out of sleep? Or maybe its really spirits?blues

good question...

when wanting to do a study, or hunt...lol

must be awake, or set recorders for a time, then go to bed...

it could have been you were still in sleepstate, although some beeive we ae more open during those times...I feel it is seperate and a whole diferent thing (ie...out of body...).

optimum times are from 2am - 6am
but, they can be recorded anytime. given daytime noises, it is much harder to distinguish... so, keeping accurate records in writing, and recorded voice..time of day, when, where, and waht...

t's beleived that from 2am-6am is atime when a veil, or layer is thinnest... and of course most folks are aslepp, and businesses are closed down...

do you have clear recall of time?

That actually goes with my belief that my soul gets out and wanders around when my body goes to sleep. And he'll go and mingle with other souls that float around, and their reality is different from my own, where things are more magical, and almost every object can be transformed into object (weird yes, but still half way coherient lol)

I thought I heard them around 1am or 2, but I can't be too sure cause I woke up every hour, and when I recall it, it just all blends together sleep

ahh, then I can't say for sure.. or, you. Your waking state was comprimized...

but, astral travel, and out of body happens alot...more than folks realize.

my worst time was when I was terrified and out too fast... shaes had attached to me from my grammas hospital room... let's just say they were omfg, soo bad.
When you are forcefully pushed, or go out to fast, then in... is hurts. physiaclly, and spiritually. I was caught half way and it was horrifying, lol.

I have never had an experience myself but my son was housesitting an old country inn a few years back. He said no one was supposed to be there but he heard footsteps upstairs. He went to investigate and the closer he got, the footsteps kept going further away. He finally got to the end of the hall and saw the door shut on the last bedroom. When he entered the room, there was no one there. And there was no way out of that room.

Many of the old hotels/inns in this area claim to have ghosts/spirits. There is even a book written about them.

From age 3 to 11 periodically have seen things I couldn't explain. I interpreted some as angels some as spirits. This stopped after 11, and then in 20's I realized I had ESP to some degree. I do know that I was very sensitive child with an active/creative mind. But my mind did not create what I saw. Have heard that children are very susceptible to these things. dunno
