Now everybody has a rough self image of how they perceive themselves.

Everybody else may perceive you something completely different though!

How do you think you are perceived? Are you warm sunny rain, or rancid bitter water from hell creek?

I KNOW from experience people expect something from me,they wan't to be entertained.

I on the other hand probably cant be bothered!

So how would you describe yourself, and do you think people see you as something different from how you see yourself.

BTW There are no prizes for claiming to be a cabbage.

I think, for the most part, people see me as a happy person. I am.

Hmmm I have never really given it much thought. I suppose I am not worried how people perceive me. I can't change public opinion. I know who I am and have come to really like who I am. I would like it if people saw me as a friendly happy open person. teddybear

I am just a man who sees himself waking up each day and doing what has to be done before sunset. I see myself as almost a good person, but trying to be better.

As far as how I think people see me, let me quote "Gone With The Wind": "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn."

I am a mix of all kinds of things and while I could fib and say that I never care what people think at times I can be oversensitve. Really does it matter though if we are glad that we are unique. As time goes by I care less what others think of me. Spent too much time in my life apologizing my my existence how ridiculous. We all have things to work out and we are different thank god.

I've been told by several people in RL... "You're the nicest person I've ever met". I'm told I'm smart and gifted with words.

I see myself as just me. I strive to be a giving, good person who enjoys humor. I'm just plain 'ol me. No better than anyone else, and no worse. All I know is how to be me.

I'm a good egg who likes living sunny side up more often than not.

very happy

Of course I will be perceived by others differently, to an extent, than how I see myself. I'm not delusional....!!

I see myself as a little ray of sunshine, a little breath of fresh air.....

Others know me as a cantakerous ole dragon most probably?! mumbling

I rest my case....!! rolling on the floor laughing

BTW.... no prizes for "claiming" to be a cabbage? What if one supplies proof? Any prizes for that...?!
dunno

Mostly I'm a warm, caring person who is very positive and upbeat, and reaches out to help people. A very strong person who has survived a lot in life, healed it, and become better for it. I have my weak moments, but very few people see that side of me, for that's my private side...and shared with only those I feel I can trust with it. You'll see my laughter, and you'll see my strength, but rarely will you see my tears. I don't cry them often, anyway. I think most people see me exactly as I am.

I think people perceive me totally opposite from what I truly am.

I am a cantankerous old man, and have been perfecting it for many years.

On a more serious side...I am a very lonely and shy person. I know I have very low self esteem and a very low opinion of myself. You will never see anything positive about myself in my profile. I joke sometimes to cover up my inadequacies. I really wish I had a more upbeat opinion of myself....but only I know the real me!(I think)

BUT...I have fun. And in my book, that's what it is all about!

Spare me any positive comments....this is not a cry for positive strokes. Just responding the the threadscold
