Most Americans don't even have passports, let alone the will to travel or learn about other countries. All the more ironic given that many Americans wax lyrical about their heritage from places like Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Poland and Africa.

Haven't been to a Patricks Day parade in years. Used to bring the kids to the Tallaght one when I lived there. Now they are grown up they are not interested in going to the parade with mammy.
