Dr. Friedrich von Frankenstein: For the experiment to be a success, all of the body parts must be enlarged.
Inga: His veins, his feet, his hands, his organs vould all have to be increased in size.
Dr. Friedrich von Frankenstein: Exactly.
Inga: He vould have an enormous Shwanstooker!
Dr. Friedrich von Frankenstein: That goes without saying.
Inga: Voof!
Igor: He's going to be very popular.

Love Young Frankenstein. "That Fronk-en-steen".

High Anxiety was pretty funny and I can't recall specific lines (hardly ever do anyway), but just remember the song "High Anxiety"..thought that was really funny.

Blazing Saddles when the guy punched the horse and it fell....how'd they do that anyway? LOL

Mel Brooks was a comic genius.

"History of the World Part I"

Quote: Guard holding his balls where Brookes kicked him, says in a high voice...'Get the horses, get the men,' grabs guards shoulder, 'Get me an ice pack'

Tons of Puns in that movie and situation humor, very much enjoyed it.

For me its not even close - High Anxiety, which is a parody of several Hitchcock classics, is by far his best work.
Most of the comedy in it is action comedy, which mimics the scenes in Hitchcock's films. Some of the best include;
The famous shower scene in Psycho, where in High Anxiety the bellboy 'delivers' his newspaper. laugh and the takeoff on The Birds, where pigeons plaster him. rolling on the floor laughing
However, since you requested, here is a 'line' from it;

"How's my father ?"

"He's fine. Just fine. He's very affectionate. He licked me."

"He what ?!"

"Well,he thinks he's a dog these days."
