Am I alone in thinking there should be a daily limit on the number of polls any one member can create?
There are 6 polls on page 1 all created by the same person. maybe I should start a poll about this question.dunno

Hey you.

I don't vote in polls, but if the subject matter interests me then I will discuss it.

But yes, they are pretty tedious.

Well, I guess the same can be said about starting threads. It pushes everything else off page one.
Why does a good topic of discussion have to have a poll attached to it?

I've often thought about that myself idea then quickly realised that certain members would probably invest in multiple computers talk to hand not to mention multiple profiles just so they had some chance of keeping their numerous posts of droll drivel up yawn

I reckon the only chance of keeping the number of "polls & posts" is to operate the forums on an "open-part-time-policy" instead of "open-all-hours" as it is now professor

I've never seen any reason for the polls....just a simple question will do. It's not like the results are being tabulated and will be examined by an independent company for scientific studies or something!
