I hate exercise...BUT I love to walk...as long I don't call it exercise.....

I am over 50 and I bulid houses , thats enough of a workout ,trust me
I workout 3 to 5 times a week at the gym. I normally spend about 1 1/2 hours at each session. I also do power walks, hikes and ride my bike. Hell what else does a retire guy have to do?
I work out 5-6 days a week -- yoga, balance ball, aerobics and weights! Whewwwwww......I'm tired! eating healthier too - if I'm gonna be alone, wanna be able to reach the phone to dial 9-11, cuz nobody else here to do it !
I do weights 2 days on, 1 off, crunches and circuts 3 days on, 1 off and ride my bile weather permitting 7-10 miles/day, but still have a hard time keeping it tight. Any ideas?

I was once very Fat,to the point of being Obese...Yep...I do....I go to the Gym every day...workout takes an half an hour...short and hard..Best stress reliever that works for me...and I feel great for the rest of the day .....

it is a lot harder when you get older. i drink protein drinks and eat pretty much vegitarian. but, i really think the protein drinks have help a lot.

change routine and keep the muscles confused,,that same routine starts to bore me,,and the workouts will come farther between,,,works for me. Its much more difficult to change our bodies at 40,,50 than it was at 30

i dont eat anything white i eat lots of protein and twice that in greens no salt, avoid sugar, no soda no milk but soy is ok only good cheese and lots of citrus

i don't eat white foods either. try to avoid brown drinks too.
