Here is my take on it. Apparently(from what I've read here) a number of western men have found happiness with Asian women. They seem to find them appealing for certain 'softer' qualities that they claim they posess. There have been those who have said that western women only seek after the material(gold diggers) and cannot seem to love them the way the Asian women can.

This has become a cause for concern among the western women who feel that they too have something to bring to the table in terms of independence, strength of character, etc... yet they too can still be feminine and look after the needs of a man, once he is also willing to look after hers.

Many feel that the western man does not appreciate these qualities and that there are many men who see these Asian women as just more easily exploitable because of their so called 'softer' natures. They also feel that there are some of these women who do some exploiting as well knowing they are a hot commodity, to get passage to the States or where ever. Western womem want to be treated as more equal partners not as being under a man. So there has been much debate as to which one - western women or eastern women is better. Personally I think all women are valuable and worthy of love regardless of east of west. Hope you get the gist of the situation.

Are we talking geography or philosophy, because if its the second of the two there is a difference in how people think around the globe.

Interestingly enough I saw a thread today where a Asian woman was complaining bitterly that she could not understand why western men could not respect them and treat them the way they treated western women - go figure.

Eastern European women normally have bad taste in clothing. I see most of them stucked in the essence of the '80's.
