Imma I heard somewhere that it takes the body about the same time to clean everything out as the time (years) you smoked. In my case it was 7 years so I was lucky and have been tar free for about 28 years now. Keep it up you all one day at a time.

Before the end of this thread..I will muster up all the willpower I have, to try to stop smoking..
