smoky: Well, I still got NO motivation to quit! On Sunday the ex-wife popped into the same restaurant we were having a beer in .... and sat at our table ...... but after we rolled our smokes and the smoke sort-of drifted all over her ... she got up and left..... Smoke comes in handy... now and again ....
I can’t say I quit (as I still remember my last cigarette), but I stopped to smoke as it didn’t bring any pleasure anymore. (Actually, I was thinking about stopping for some while, and almost in the same time when I at last made up my mind and gathered together some will… it started “quit-smoking-mass-hysteria” here on CS forum… So I continued smoking for a while longer.)
I stopped by coincidence: a friend sent me “Champix” – drug helping against the abstinence, so it was lying there, doing no good, costing a lot… And then I’ve run out of cigarettes, and it was raining, and I had high fever… In short, I stopped.
Though I have to admit that alcohol doesn’t taste as good now as it was when I smoked… But on the other side: we’ve got no ex-wife, so there’s no necessity in a chemical war-fare. Hence, I’ll try and count little further.

Phoenix: Slow down..is there something your not telling...
Oh, you KNOW I always tell the truth! Well, most of the time. Or most of most of the time. At least when it suits me.
Ya, truly ..... this ugly old bat got blown in by the Siberian wind ... and as I watched this old hag glance around the place, it slowly dawned on me that I sort-of recognised something about the grizzled battleship features and no-taste in clothes ....... And then it sat down at OUR table! ..and ordered TEA!
HA .. the waiter tried putting her TEA on our BEER bill ...... but that got sorted out very quickly! We did try to drink our beer quicker than she could drink her tea .. but she beat us to it ... with some smoke motivation ..... and finally we were left in peace .... to have another beer.
And that is the whole truth and nothing but the truth... SHMG
