Shower and a cup of coffee helped. Going to the Dr. about the back pain. My 16 yr. old will be taking a trip to visit his dad in San Diego, in July for the month. I'm glad for everyone, but it will be lonely. I'll pull myself up out of it in a few hours.

Thanks guys! See how internet connections can begin to weave into every day lives? In a case like this, it is safe and comforting. But one can understand how this kind of daily connection can allow someone to depend on people they have never seen.
I wonder how it will be 20 years from now, technology I mean. If I had the internet when I was 16, like my son does, my whole life would have been different. I was an only child and had no relatives outside my mother. But then, she would have never spent the money on a computer or internet connection! We had a black and white TV till I was 21 and moved out! (That was in 1975)
