How many people think that one's astrological sign is a true indicator of compatibility? (201)
I seem to attract and be attracted to Aries, everytime has ended up in tears, would not do it again.

If you are just going by sun signs then more often than not it will not be so dead on. A full natal chart comparison is in order if you want the truth of the matter.
Astrology, real astrology, isn't as cut and dried as in the newspapers. Planetary positions, and house rulership are all very subtle and can give insight into subconscious tensions that aren't apparent on the surface of a relationship.

I usually check it out for fun. Weird thing is the personality seem to match when you get in depth. Especially the asian zodiacs.

It's an important factor. Not entirely a true indicator, but a huge part of compatibility. I will never...ever date anyone whose element is Earth. It's a real bad match up.

Which is kind of odd as a scorpio. This is what's wrong with a sun-sign only analysis. I'd bet there was a Moon in Aries or Venus in Aries in your chart, or that Aries may be your fifth or seventh house.

I wonder if there have ever been any studies about those who are married or in long term relationships of whether they stay together or separate and what their atrological signs are.I bet it would be an interesting thing to read/see if there's a correlation.

just to throw this one into the mix I was born on the cusp piceas/ aries no wonder I get confused some days [read most days] I can do not bothered and impulsive in the same sentence and emotion

If anyone believes in signs I have a bridge for sale. Product of ones environment would probably be more compatible. AT least from my experience with people signs didn't hold water. If you had experiences that were bad, it's just coincidence

i do get my horoscope in the mail from 2 different sources....One of them has been very accurate......but nothing is perfect....
as far as compatibility.....I believe there are tendencies not absolutes.....for example I'm supposed to be compatible with Capricorn & have found over the years that i have often dated Capricorns....there are a couple of other signs that I tend to be
compatible with too.....that's not to say it goes into my decision making as I don't really care what sign a person may be, but i have
noticed that i do end up dating people who are from compatible signs quite often....

I went with 2 scorpios, 1st one forget about it, 2nd was totally opposite born same year 2 days apart--one was jewish and the other Italian, that"s why I say product of your environment and do not put much stock in signs. Good luck to you.
