Help Me,Lord

In our appointed tasks, as mothers, there are many highways we must travel. And still, we must conquer the back, and lonely roads of life, mostly without crashing and coming through without an injury. We worry about what to feed them, and yet they are not fed by the holy spirit, to lead them in the right direction,to give them hope. We worry about what our children should wear, to keep in sinc with worldly things, and yet most of them don`t have your armour of protection that You promise, so they won`t get hurt in the battles of life. We worry that our dwelling will not be adequate, to keep up with the "Jones",when the shelter of your loving arms are so available, but they are not willing to trust that You are there. I pray, that You would teach us what we need to know, to help our children ,as mothers, to help lift our children to a standard that is acceptable to You, Lord. They need to be fed knowledge that is better than what the world teaches. Provide us with insight and wisdom when are hearts are heavy with complex decisions, that keep our children preoccupied, because of the negative things they are led to believe. Help us remove the shroud of darkness that blinds them against the right things, that they should stand for. Let Your brilliance shine through, to keep them on the right paths. Help us to be worthy of the grace that You offer us each day, and to be thankful that only You can give us the peace of mind we seek. Give us strength to face each new day,and let it be sprinkled with raindrops of joy. -Amen (moonkitten)
