I don't hate Obama not in the least. The only thing I have a problem with is during most of his campaign he stated in several of his speechs and debates that he was going to bring the troops home. But instead he's sending troops to Afghanistan.
I'm probably wrong about this but if my memory serves me correctly I read where he also intends on leaving some of our troops to guard the U.S. Embassy in Iraq.But yet at the very same time he feels that the Iraqi people should take over their country.
I only wish for once our leaders would say what they mean and do what they say and put our tax dollars where their mouths are is all.

In July of 2008 he said that 10,000 more troops were needed in Afghanistan. His words were "two more combat brigades were needed!" He was and is a smart man. He also said those troops would come from Iraq!

Saddam thumbed his nose and igored the UN sanctions and no fly zones for over ten years TEN YEARS!. He would not let UN WMD inspectors freely inspect inside Iraq. In short, he did everything he could to dis the UN. Bush came into the White House and showed some backbone and stopped the non-sense.
