there are times, like tonight, when I sincerely wish that they weren't such avid hunters of small prey.

The dead squirrel outside was bad, but the dead mouse in the living room was too much. doh

This just ruined my peace as I head off to the land of Nod.

laugh laugh This was more like bringing their toys inside. I love the convenience of the doggy door, but it has its downside...they can drag anything into the house.

I had a dog that even after we got him fixed he would hot the fence and come back with stuff. Never animals... Action figures, and small inflatable pools, jump ropes, dolls. He was an extremely large lab. One neighbor asked one day. "You think he is eating the kids, and taking their toys?"laugh

rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing That's funny, Pub. Thankfully it was a Lab, at least you know he was probably licking them like crazy, knocking them down with love and excitement, and then stealing their toys.

rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing Good point, Paws. It could be worse. And the mouse was intact still, so even that wasn't that bad.

I had one dog that would kill stuff and then just roll all over it, and bark at me when I would remove whatever gross thing he killed. He was a golden retriever lab mixed. Yuck.

Good Morning everyone . I see were talking dog. You know I can't stay away from that subject...Bizzy-Bee the Wezzie and I are heading out on a road trip to VA to see the new granddaughter. That reminds me of a cute story when my daugther was young, we had a choc lab named Cherry who loved diapers she would tear them off Erin and thought that was great fun. I would be chasing my daughter who thought that was fun, her but hanging out. Cherry would be proudly carring her stinky prize around. Gotta love em . I can believe that druidess is afraid of snakes...laugh
