In court they were reading out that he had phoned her and threatened to come to our house and beat her and me up and take his child away. She had won sole custody in court and he had no visition. He wanted to take back the crib and youth bed he had bought for her or she had to give him the money right now. Just at that moment he swore at her and came across the room to strike her.

Even on the show of dumbest criminals they are mostly men. Like when I used to work at a gas station the one down the street a guy came in to rob it and she did not have much money. She told him to come back in a couple of hours as it is too early now and she will have more then.

I do not condone his behavior.This is an example of violence aganaist a woman.It is evil.But not all men are like this.Some men are respectable to women.Whatever the situation would be, i would never put my hands on a woman with intention to harm her.

Ther had to be a reason why she has sole custody right?
If you threaten violence in order to see your child I think that warrants the restraining order she was about to get. Then he acted upon it in the court in front of the judge and the police officers.

He never showed up at court that day for the custody hearing so the judge gave to my daughter as the child has lived with her for the last 2 years and it was up to her when he could see his child. Instead of asking he just phoned and made threats.
