I'm on my three month break. I begin woring on my school stuff now though from home, ready for the upcoming year.

Fantastic Lago, that you have all this work coming in... I think there is still money around, despite the recession, just that people are wary of spending it.

Hi, I`m also very busy.

I have to keep Conrad up to date every day with all his messages, except today while he is unconcious and being worked on.

And I got another friend in hospital, also a heart-attack, who has to be phoned regularly.

And I got another friend who "lost" their driving licence - and I had to go last night to console them ..... and we had to take a taxi to Schaffhausen to go celebrate his new found freedom of losing his job ... and partied till 5am this morning when the taxi brought me home just in time to open the front door as my son was leaving for work!

And then I had to attend a lunch-time barbeque at the school celebrating the end of the school year.

And tomorrow I got 16 people coming for another barbeque.

And then I got to go support my singing friend who is entertaining tomorrow while the village celebrates Summer with outdoor music all over the place .....

Then I got to pack for a short holiday in Italy.

So, life, without earning any money, is busy too!thumbs up grin jackolantern

Tomorrow I'm going to Amsterdam. I'm also going to visit Anna Frank and probably Rembrambt, see how they're doing these days. This will be my busy summer.laugh wave

I do not know how to start on this one...

First of all - Money = freedom <- my [bad word for behind] it is..

Then Job = Money <- In turn over, yes, but can you keep it? I find the administration of cash flow and such taking up almost as much time as the job creating it. Hence - freedom busted or employ someone for dire dineros to help you out.

The last phrase is poisoned and should not be used for another 150 years, or until the bald youngsters left the streets with their tale where it belongs. Besides - it is a lie.

To answer Lago - yes I am doing my usual around the clock services here help Recession is visible around town but not on my desk.

Do you think the recession is sector-based, or do you think it's more generalized?

Well… I don’t know any other way to get money but to have a paid job. When you don’t have a paid job, you still have a lot of job to do, but you are dependent on everyone’s good will, and good will in this world is a very rare phenomenon. More than that, even the persons you are dependent upon are nice to you, you still are not free – beggars cannot be choosers, and possibility to make my choices is freedom for me. Hence, a paid job that gives me money is my freedom. And I don’t have that much cash that administering of its flow would create any problem for me.

As to the phrase that made that unpleasant impact… it’s not only skinheads, it’s all around here everywhere I’m afraid… If you have no job, you are nobody. I know that of my own experience, believe it or not.

I see it all coming from the lost lift in the construction, which is really the source of income for many countries. The secondary effect hits all and there is a kind of selection and sifting going on.

My thoughts for what follows?

If you got your schedule filled, you will be better off than ever on the other side of it, if not, you will have found a new profession most probably. If you are in the latter group, get that education done now already and stand prepared when things gets moving again.

Since tomorrow WILL be a new world, aim for "new thinking" areas, the Copenhagen meet this winter will confirm that. Go into renewable energies, aid-investment for up and coming former third world countries, a new language from the Kishwahili / Indian / Chinese or Portuguese range, micro credit systems or any other similar field. Forget conglomerates and global power control, the growth will no longer be there.

Finally, I would like to add...
