Your idea's on paper sounded good..but you didn't allow for how stupid the french are. Basically your idea's of privatisation are directly from your mentors book (Maggie 'the hated one' Thatcher) but what you don't have behind you is a Norman lamont or Johnny Boy Major(it was them who balanced the book's)...
