Whats it all about... It's about feeling like whatever you're doing, seeing and experiencing at a certain moment in time has already been seen,done and experienced by you once before ( just snipets of life ). It's like seeing or knowing what the immediate future holds just as you're going through that moment you feel you've already lived ( usually a few minutes).
I will only tell you one of many ( more then 500 by now as I at least experience one in a month since 10y/o).
Was just sitting in my living room playing cards with some friends and having a casual drink when a deja-vu came over me. I let my friends know that I have already 'seen' what we were doing in the particular instant and they dismissed it. So I told one of them what cards he had in his hands, since he was about to show and that was part of the deja-vu. I knew all seven cards he had, lol.
Needless to say he was befuddled yet it wasn't a psychic feat, just another instence of deja-vu... Pretty neat, tho.

Your dream is just like watching a movie in a movie theater just like you would watch the new Star Trek or Transformers movie, only you are the star performer and it's all about you. You are watching yourself in High Definition as you are sitting on a brick ledge outside the high school, a ledge you are not accustomed to sitting on nor do you normally pay any attention too. Beside you is a girl and you are both close together with your arms rapped around the her. You begin to kiss her and you can feel and taste the kiss while you are watching as though you were actually also going through the very actions of the movie and feeling everything at the same time.
You then wake-up stunned with the feeling of how clear and how vivid the dream was. This amazement secures the dream into memory and you go about your day. In the course of Three to Four weeks you meet a girl in high school, your first girlfriend, and you start hanging out. One day you run out of the school building at the end of the day and see your girlfriend waiting for you sitting on a brick ledge. You walk up, jump up on the ledge, sit next to her, rap your arms around her and them give her your first kiss. BANG! Your memory kicks in...you remember the dream exactly as you saw it, you just realized you just did the very exact same thing, and BANG daja vu.
What do you think that tells you? Would you think you are crazy or mad? That it was a coincidence? You tell me!
