Hinduism (Sanskrit - Sanatana (eternal) Dharma also known as Vaidika (Vedic) Dharma) is a religion or philosophy that originated from the Indian subcontinent and nearby surrounding areas. Buddha litterally means "The enlightened one" It is a way of attaining wisdom.

There views that are genereally accepted as being that there is not just one Buddha.

I think we are on the 27th or something like that.

Buddhism teaches that anyone can be awakened and can become enlightened and that is the only way to Nirvana.

There are agreed to be two sorts of Buddha .. those who teach about it and those who remain silent about it.

But some books on the subject suggest that we will all become enlightened and therefore become Buddhas.
