Go to Profile then Settings then Blocking and tick the areas you want people to contact you from.

Report these scammers right away. There are office fulls of these people using translation software hence the poor English. Within 2 mails they will claim to know you well enough to be in love with you. Then some familly disaster or another will need you to send some money....you can guess the rest. I'm told that CS doesn't operate in Russia or the African continent for this reason with the exception of South Africa. They get in here through the back door of other countries like the USA.
So report these at once and their profile will be removed.
I just logged in & saw 2 messages in mailbox. Thought i'd got lucky until i realised they were both from Russian women trying to get money out of me

COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGEMENT
If the written ENGLISH in messages is so obviuously rubbish the Mods will remove them if you report each one.
There are enough warnings on here and what to do is commonsense.
