Well, 4 years ago, within 2 hours of landing at Malaga Airport in Spain, I found myself in a hospital 50 miles away with a craked pelvis and a smashed wrist having locked us all out of the house and fallen off a ladder trying to get back in. The pelvis got cracked by landing on the mobile phone in my trouser pocket and my wrist by the chunky watch I had bought the week before to go on holiday.

And why was the hospital 50 miles away...because the local hospital had been closed down after going on fire that morning!

Oh yes...the guy who had lent us the ladder, a born again Christian called Al had neglected to add that he had a spare key for the house which could have prevented the whole mess in the first place

And there are people on here who can verify that this is all true.

So, yup! I do believe I'm accident prone....it's funny now though!laugh

Hell, yes.. 5 months ago my front fence got rove down by football fans leaving about a 6 inch high concrete bit at the bottom.

So, one morning last week rushing as I always am at 5am I dragged dustbin out onto the street for dustmen to take. As I was dashing back into the house to get my bike for work, I forgot about the small concrete bit and it was darkish anyway so I stumbled over it and nearly went headfirst through the front room bay window rolling on the floor laughing good thing it was double glazed so I just ended up with one side of my face bruised laugh so now neighbours and workfriends all think I got battered laugh Oh well, it soon went back to normal, thank goodness beer
