I dislike Fox and refuse to watch it. There are too many people who take it as gospel-some family members of mine-and I try to tell them otherwise but they continually say its the best "news" program-they don't know about what has been going on with them for real

Glen Beck- "Day dreaming" on air about poisoning Nancy Pelosi
Granted FOX "News" is not really news at all since the were taken to court over the accuracy of their reporting and won the case by proving they were an "entertainment" network. So therefore, they didnt have to be at all accurate in their stories.
To what standard then are they held to be accountable? Should they be held to some kind of responsibilty?
Should O'Reilly be taken in and put on trial as the instigator of that murder?
Should the FBI and/ or Secret Service jail Beck for an obvious threat to her life and if someone does do her harm. Should he go to prison for that as well? Hell... FOX should have at least fired both of them for those incidents
These people are seen by millions of viewers. Some of whom take every word from their lips as gospel truth. They both know this and both know there are possible repercussions from their actions/ words.

I love the way the entire staff is able to make points and clarify misconceptions through sharp, intelligent humor.
He is at his best when interviewing the condervative base spokes people... always giving them time to respond, almost always asking the tough questions.

Glenn Beck is one of the most irritating presenters on telly however like a train crash about to happen, it is hard not to watch his programme. I don't think Bill O'Reilly (another mysgonistic eegit in my estimation) should be charged for inciting murder in the case you mentioned however. Sure people do things for their own reasons, spurious or otherwise and blaming the media is too simplistic an explanation for homicide.

The CNN poll question was. Do you believe that health care is a
right to the American people? Yes or no. 82% said yes and 18 replied no.
But CNN did not go the next step in the polling. Did not ask if they thought a private entreprise system or a government single payor was the preferred way to provide that health care. CNN knows the answer to that question. Americans support private enterprise over gov't run polls show that as well.
So is CNN outright misleading or lying or deceiving (using your terms there)?

As to your question they probably should have followed it up, and just to let you know CNN is not my preferred choice for news. But neither are they screaming Death Panels, preaching violence nor advocating murder.
