Yes three really nice guys.
Great as friends, but for me, there was no physical connection.
One was from out of state, about 3 hours away, and even if there were a connection, it was just too far to be reasonable in what I need in a relationship.
The other two were local enough but like I said...
Also, two of them smoked cigs, which I specifically said I can't begin a relationship with. For some reason, they thought if they don't smoke in my presence it would be ok. It isn't though, because of the health related issues involved, and the smell is always there.

Yes I have, I met 1 person from this site. I raised if you have nothing good to say don't say anything....I can only wish everyone the best of luck in their search. I have faith there are good and honest gentlemen still out there.

thanks for the responses! You know , there is a forum that just came out where you rhyme words. Its gotten several hits yet any forums that have any substance or start an intelligent conversation are dead. Im beginning to wonder if there is anyone with substance on this site! Why would you waste time sitting in front of this site to think of a word that rhymes with bunny? I don't know about this....pretty lame

I agree .... but I think that many also just want to have fun and not be so serious all the time as well .... I look for people who strike a balance between serious and humor. Personally I'm more on the serious side alot of the time .... but I do like to break free and have some laughs as well. Its good for the heart and soul.

I think the reason the more serious threads are quiet is just that not so many people on here at the moment.
It varys a lot, but I personally like dipping into many of the threads, serious and fun and games.

Yes I've dated someone from CS.
We had a lot of fun and are good friends but the chemistry wasn't quite strong enough for a serious relationship.
I think the site is great for the forums, flowers and just meeting and mailing new people. I'm not convinced it's so successful in matching people romantically. Sure it happens but not often.

there is someone that i have been talking to off and on from here over the phone. it's been pretty fun chatting with him. if we lived closer then we probably would have already met, but we live like a few hundred miles away from each other, so that has kept us from meeting.
i've never met any off here. i have some other sites. i've made freinds with some, and there is one guy that i am still in contact with and he's pretty cool. the people makes all the difference in the world because there is a different precense. different sites are different. that's all.

I don't know about this site but 3 friends of mine are married to people they met on Dating sites so they must work.. I guess you just have to be willing to make that 2nd step to meet the person for real with precautions at first of course
