Which adult from the movies would you boink? Which kids will grow up to be hot? What are your favorite scenes? Make up some spells.

I would boink Professor Snape and Kenneth Branaugh. I think Daniel Radcliffe and the Weasley twins will grow up to be hot. These are my spells: Pizzarduim Leviosa - a spell to levitate pizza over to me when I'm too lazy to get up. Disrobus Severus - that's how I would get Alan rickman naked if I was a hot succubus living in Hogwarts. Biggis Dickus - another useful spell. rolling on the floor laughing

Aw come on, I know everyone who ever saw a Harry Potter wanted to boink someone in it. Emma Thompson? helena Bonham carter? I swear one guy in the last one I saw looked like Gary Oldman.

Cool! Yeah, Lucius Malfoy is HOT! I forgot about him. I think Hermione will be plain looking when she grows up, but Luna lovegood will be a great beauty.

I don't think he's that ugly. he's kind of neat looking in a cadaverous looking way.

Like the books or not, they will become a piece of modern English Literature, same as Chaucer or Dickens, Rowling has a great ability to stir up a Childs imagination which in turn makes the child want to read more.

Since the release of the first book Library’s around the UK have said that the amount of children now reading books has increased by over 40 percent, the greatest achievement that any author can have I would think.

The Lord of the rings started off well with "The Hobbit" but then by the second book I always felt Tolkien had lost his way, the first book was a far more gentle fairy story and then became more violent and darkly mystical.

I hear that Peter Jackson is working with some director to produce the Hobbit movie. I hope it reflects the books nature and not the Lord of the Rings mood. conversing I always wondered why Tolkien changed myself? Perhaps he wanted to make an adult version of the Hobbit with the Lord of the Rings?

Some interesting articles on Wiki about Tolkien, seems he was influenced by the first WW and was then pushed into writing the Rings triolgy, take a look, some good links also.
I hope that if they do make a film of the hobbit it remains faithful to the book, the Fellowship films were not how I had imagined after reading the books.

thumbs up I agree with you there. Peter Jackson killed Tolkien's unique language he created for the books. conversing I'll look into the Wiki article. Thank's.

I love Tolkien. He's my favorite. Changus subjectus backus! The characters I'm most in tune with would be professor Trelawney and Hagrid. (love animals, hate people.) Hehe. Also, like to read witch books. Patricia Telesco is a cool witch author.
