Thats true but if we don't try to fight the reasons why we are depressed we can't really feel better can we? and its up to ourselves to do that. We have to find the good things in our lives and there are allways some, even if we don't see them on first sight.Its also a matter of self-discipline I think, if we allow ourselves to fall down deep,it sure is difficult to climb up again, so don't let yourself fall, try to stay high!

I do agree i don't think i have with suffered with depression, but there have been times in my life when things have happened and i haven't known which way to turn, and there have been no positives that i was able to see. But for some when that happens, i don't think they can think logically at that time and do give up thro no real fault of there own and need help to do so.
