first of he's an idiot !!!.... for one this may result in her taking him back if only for the simple fact that from that point on she'll have what every woman wants..... TOTAL CONTROL over him
on the other hand, if he has a single, properly working brain cell, he would kick the wiff to the curb, tell the media that SHE dumped him and cash out on all the women out there who are sure to think that his actions are soooo sweet and romantic and all that other mambo jambo that women like so much ...

My take on this is that if she thinks humiliation will change who he is then she is dead wrong. I had been through the same sort of brainless behavior from an ex. husband. When I had my suspicions it was not enough to get me out of a sorry excuse of a marriage. On the day the last woman he spent a weekend with while telling me it was business called our home she was sick and I was elated to finally have what I needed to make him let go.
No kicking, screaming or name calling. I simply wanted a divorce and if he would fight me over it then the woman he swore he did not sleep with would go to court as my witness. Needless to say he signed the papers and two months later I was free. I call this passive resistance.

On the news here when I heard this story his wife only said something about doing it for a day, But it was his choice to stay a week, cause the reporters were joking maybe he chose to stay longer to earn points.
Hey at least she may have given him a chance and he was willing to give their marriage a chance and do this. He was willing to suffer humiliation for his dirty deed. I appauld both of them
